My daily walk.

I strive for 10,000 steps a day.  My first 6000 steps are easy.  I love to walk our local train bridge, now converted to part of the trans Canada trail system.  I have no idea if I achieve the other 4000.  I don't think I do.  It's only 5 steps from one side of my sewing room to the other.

I love the photo of the approach to the walking bridge. Reminds me I need to get my sneakers on and get out there! Lucy

beautiful picture and a wonderful walk. I enjoy it every time I get to go on the walking bridge.. I don't even like bridges! Thats how nice a walk it is...

I try to get my exercise done first thing in the morning, so that I can feel less guilty about sitting and sewing.
