Pucker Up - It's Marmalade

It's the first time I've ever made marmalade.   I thought it would be harder. Hubby helped me cut the thin lemon and orange peel into fine strips.  I used the recipe from the paper insert in the Certo Box.   It's online here too.  

The online recipe gives a bit more detail than the paper insert.  It says this is a slow setting jam, so we'll be patient and have a look at it in two weeks to see how it is.  I think it's going to be a bit to tart for me.
